Q. Do I have to be a Webmaster to join the SitePal Affiliate Program?
A. No. Our Affiliate Program is open to everyone including webmasters,designers, site owners, or anybody interested in promoting through Email Marketing.

Q. How much will I make with the SitePal Affiliate Program?
A. SitePal Affiliate program pays affiliates a 20% commission on qualifying online sales.Payments are made for Qualifying Sales which took place 60 days or more prior to the date of payment. A minimum of two Qualifying Sales is required to qualify for payment. Payments can only be made after you have designated a method of payment and valid recipient information, and provided Oddcast with a signed Tax ID form.

Q. What is a Qualifying Sale?
A. Qualifying sales are: 1) new account sales referred by an Oddcast affiliate banner or link, and logged by the Oddcast affiliate system 2) follow-up sale (including extensions, upgrades, streams, etc) which takes place within 365 days of the original account purchase.

Q. What doesn't count as Qualifying Sale?
A. Voice Talent sales, reseller program, custom models, and specialty models do are not counted as a Qualifying Sales.

Q. Can I get paid for past referrals?
A. No. You must be signed up as a SitePal affiliate before payments can be made.

Q. How are my referrals tracked and credited to my account?
A. All of Affiliate Program banners and link to our site contain your unique affiliate ID. Qualifying Sales made by visitors coming to our site through that ID will be counted as your referral.

Q. Can I see how much commission I have made?
A. Yes, once you sign up as an affiliate, you will have access to your account manager. In there, you will be able to track the number of clicks, visitors, and the commission that is owed to you. You will also get a monthly report via email. See report sample.

Q. What if I don't see some referral that should be credited to my account?
A. This could be for several different reasons. Referrals made before you signed up as an affiliate will not be counted. Also, if your visitor returns to our site, without going through your link or banner, and makes a purchase, this will not be counted towards your commission either.

Q. Why have I not received payments that are credited to me?
If you have payments that are credited to you, and have not yet received a payment, this could be because of one of two reasons. For one, the affiliate payments are held back for the first 60 days since the sale is made. If it has not yet been 60 days since the sale, you will not receive payment. Another reason you may not be receiving payment is if you do not have the W-8 or W-9 filled out and submitted. Please make sure you have the tax information submitted so that we can make the payments credited to you.
